Test env: RH7.1 Beta, ja_JP locale
Build: Nautilus 1.0 branch

To reproduce:
1. launch nautilus
2. select file menu -> Nautilus theme

Problem:
Japanese words "please click" displayed twice.

wontfix, nautilus 2.2 no longer has a theme preference dialog. This is
handled through gnome.
