When selecting icons in a view with a blue background where the color of the
selection is close to that of the background, it is hard to see what you are
about to select. We should detect the case where the color is too close and use
an alternate color to make the selection rectangle visible.

It's got to be based on gtkrc, and is now, i believe, for a11y reasons.
