Description Tim Pepper 2007-09-04 02:25:17 UTC
f-spot fails to connect to export photos to a web gallery which is secured with SSL and a self-signed certificate. I don't have a "good" certificate to test whether SSL connects at all, so I'm just guessing the connection error is actually the more complicated scenario that f-spot doesn't like the certicate and doesn't have a UI means to get user approval on accepting the certificate the server is using.

It would be nifty if f-spot were able to export to such a poor-man's gallery without requiring the network login happen as plaintext.

I have a good certificate and F-spot 0.5.0.1 and this still doesn't work. Hello, https/SSL isn't exactly any new phenomenon..

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping as we are planning to shut down GNOME Bugzilla in favor of GNOME Gitlab.
