Hi,

Quoting http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=428191:
> If I burn a CD with Chinese (Unicode) text in the song names from
> banshee, after reinserting the CD, the Chinese text appears as if it is
> understood to be encoded differently. For example, the track title
> "我們的愛" appears as "¬y®öªÌ¤§ºq" after burning.
>
> The tracks appear incorrect when read by other applications as well,
> such as sound juicer.

Same problem with other mp3 files in french lang

You can download the mp3 from:
http://condmat1.ciencias.uniovi.es/~pacho/LeRoidesSalesBetes.mp3

This bug also affects to Mandriva:
http://qa.mandriva.com/show_bug.cgi?id=29871

And gentoo

Maybe the problem is with ID3 tag:
# file LeRoidesSalesBetes.mp3
LeRoidesSalesBetes.mp3: Audio file with ID3 version 24.0 tag, MP3 encoding

Thanks a lot

We use Brasero for burning CDs now.
