These are not HIG compliant. 

Look at any other GNOME dialog to see what proper border widths are required.

The "Add" and "Remove" buttons also need to be spaced 6px apart from anything else.

Attached patch fixes other spacing and padding bug, as well as making the paned impossible to be resized less than its size requisition, as it triggered warnings when launching t-s-t from terminal and bad visual effects when resizing the paned.
