After install gst-ffmpeg, gst-inspect infomation as blow:

(gst-inspect-0.10:21604): GStreamer-WARNING **: Failed to load plugin '/usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstpostproc.so': /usr/local/lib/gstreamer-0.10/libgstpostproc.so: cannot restore segment prot after reloc: 权限不够

 - please run it with

   LANG=C gst-inspect

   so we see the original English error message (I presume 权限不够 means
   something like  'permission denied'?)


 - might be caused by SELinux if you run with that enabled. Try switching it
   off (setting "SELINUX=disabled" in /etc/selinux/config + reboot).
