Good catch.

After experimenting, it seems that no files in `m4' need to be added to EXTRA_DIST. I can only assume that autotools must include the m4 files automatically.

After investigating, I see that Epiphany and Seahorse do not include `m4' or it's files in EXTRA_DIST either.
