Description Sunil Shetye 2007-05-31 09:47:04 UTC
Please describe the problem:
A reconciled transaction can be modified from the other unreconciled account without a warning when the register is in the basic view.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Select a reconciled transaction which has no splits.
2. Jump to the corresponding transaction in the other account. In this account, this transaction must not be reconciled.
3. Ensure that the view is Basic Ledger view.
4. Modify the Date or Description or Amount.

Actual results:
Modification succeeds without warning.

Expected results:
A dialogue box should pop up saying that "You are about to change a reconciled split. ..."

Does this happen every time?
Yes

Other information:
In Split view, changing the Date or Description is allowed from the unreconciled account without warning. From the reconciled account, the same change generates a warning.
