GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 440929
"Pipeline cannot operate with selected clock" error with Jokosher 0.9
Last modified: 2007-06-05 10:22:23 UTC
Steps to reproduce: 1. Download the Jokosher and GStreamer Ubuntu packages from the Jokosher site 2. Install these packages according to Jokosher site 3. Start a new Jokosher project, add Guitar, click [Record] Stack trace: Argh! Something went wrong and a serious error occurred: Internal GStreamer error: clock problem. Please file a bug at http://bugzilla.gnome.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=GStreamer. gstpipeline.c(568): gst_pipeline_change_state (): /timeline: Pipeline cannot operate with selected clock Other information: This is running Kubuntu 7.04
This is the actual version of GStreamer that I installed: gstreamer0.10-gnonlin_0.10.8-1_i386.deb
Could you run jokosher from the command line (ie. konsole or gnome-terminal or xterm) like this: $ GST_DEBUG=*:5 jokosher 2>dbg.log and then reproduce the error and then exit (if it doesn't crash by itself). Then attach the dbg.log to this bug report please.
Bug #362401 – [alsasrc] probe_supported_formats() fails in Jokosher might also be related (and looks like a broken alsa config file/setup to me).
