Robin and Eskil requested that I change the build script to add our
Eazelsnapshot version number to all Requires: fields where we build the module
in tinderbox.

So ...

Requires: GConf >= 0.9

becomes ...

Requires: GConf = 0.10.EazelSourceSnapshot.200010231505

Did most of the coding last night.
Tested the code this morning and deployed it -- if that's not too strong a term
-- around noon today (10/24).

Seems to work fine. Now we just need to see whether the installer works with the
new timestamp in each module's spec file
