Please describe the problem:
When printing email to printer, in preview is only one page, meanwhile printer put out 2. The second one in empty. Printing form other programs to printer works fine.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Click print mail message
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
Two pages printed instead of one

Expected results:
Only one page printed

Does this happen every time?

Using Debian Unstable, Evolution from deb's

Tried KDE and E17 enlightment. Useing OKIpage 14ex, PDFprint(cups), HP LaserJet 3390.

I am having this same issue with Evolution using Gnome. The issue is not related to a specific printer. When doing a print preview or when printing to a file the extra blank page is present.

Confirming and clarifying the summary.

I believe this bug should be fixed by the patches I'm proposing in bug #446894.
