Description Sebastien Bacher 2007-05-15 20:28:57 UTC
The bug has been opened on https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/file-roller/+bug/97114

"Binary package hint: file-roller

File-roller should allow creating password-protected zip (or rar or...) files.
...
I want to say that when I right-click in a file and select "Create archive...", in the dialog that appears would be nice if there is a option to create password-protected zip.

Thanks for your work too."

This is a Nautilus bug, it has nothing to do with File Roller.
Comment 2 Paolo Bacchilega 2010-01-25 10:28:41 UTC
this is implemented in recent versions
