that's so lame. i don't have an administrator here. i always felt fooled when i got that "you're too dumb, ask your non-existing admin" pop-up under windows.
please mention the ISP.

isn't this total bullshit buzzword crap, as if the user was too stupid to read, so i just tell him the same thing twice? repeating the exact same wording over and over again this nothing to do with "Help", nothing.

also, i wonder myself if it should not be mentioned that we are talking about the menu bar here. "Select Message" does not make clear that we are talking about a menu here and not the message itself. this happens in several places, just grep for "Select Message" or "Click Message"

this is plain wrong. sender does not filter on the sender's address, it filters both on the sender's address *AND* on the sender name.
if i send you an email by "andre klapper <whatever@example.com>, you can also filter on sender="klapp" and the filter will work.

that's wrong. only the filters that are **after** that particular rule will be ignored. it is not clear that the order of the filters is important, instead the sentence implies that *all* other filters are ignored, also those ones that were applied before.

in the documentation, the word "Switcher" is sometimes what is called "side bar" in the UI, sometimes it's is the component buttons in the sidebar (the components are called "windows" in the UI, but sometimes "components" in the docs which also makes it harder to understand for the user).
please don't use switcher, use the terms that are used in the UI (view menu; for example). it is unclear what "switcher" is, and that term is also very hard to translate into other languages.

I couldn't respond to you for a while because I was allocated to other work for a long time and was really busy; sorry for that..

I am considering all valid comments that has not been fixed so far.

I received your mail and saw your concerns and I agree many are valid.;-)

About *GNOME Workflow*, could you please help me understand or give me any links (like GNOME Style guide for GNOME style- i have that) for my better understanding.

If my memory serves well, I haven't overwritten the SVN in the recent past. It happened twice in the past and I have fixed that.

I am investigating how to avoid using Frame maker to avoid any issues in future.

We all require a *better* user documentation. There are loopholes and I am committed to fix them.

can a writer alone is responsible to fix all the issues to improve user experience..?

You can help me here...

Typically in a proprietary environment, writers do follow a process to ensure the doc quality.

1.Tech Review
2.Peer review
3.Editorial Review
4.Doc testing by testing team and an online doc testing

After these stages, doc is out for the readers.

Do we, Gnome Writers have any? If not,it's high time to lay down one..

If there, please train me or give me any links to understand...

Fixed most stuff in SVN trunk, hence closing.
Remaining issues have been copied to bug 543883.
