Last modified: 2014-03-02 18:07:18 UTC
This bug was forwarded from the Debian BTS. http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=366775 Debian users have reported problems enabling/disabling duplex printing, this is reproducible with gnome-print 2.18. I'm not sure if this is related to bug 154172. Example configuration: "It’s a Canon iP4200 connected via USB and running over CUPS. My /etc/cups/printers.conf: > # Printer configuration file for CUPS v1.2.2 > # Written by cupsd on 2006-09-03 20:27 > <Printer Canon_iP4200_USB_1> > Info Canon iP4200 > Location Local Printer > DeviceURI usb://Canon/iP4200 > State Idle > StateTime 1157308009 > Accepting Yes > Shared Yes > JobSheets none none > QuotaPeriod 0 > PageLimit 0 > KLimit 0 > OpPolicy default > ErrorPolicy stop-printer > </Printer> > <Printer USB_Printer_1_with_status_readback_for_Canon_IJ> > Info Canon iP4200 > Location Local Printer > DeviceURI cnij_usb:/dev/usb/lp0 > State Idle > StateTime 1157308041 > Accepting Yes > Shared Yes > JobSheets none none > QuotaPeriod 0 > PageLimit 0 > KLimit 0 > OpPolicy default > ErrorPolicy stop-printer > </Printer> I’m using the official driver[0] from Canon.
