Description Sven Arvidsson 2007-04-08 20:25:49 UTC
This bug was forwarded from the Debian BTS.
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=415692

The attached PDF have an external link, but with a malformed URL http:\\www.acrors.ait.ac.th\kunming\proceedings.htm

Trying to follow this link from Evince results in a rather unhelpful error message,
"An error occurred while loading or saving configuration information for Evince. Some of your configuration settings may not work properly." and "Bad key or directory name: "/desktop/gnome/url-handlers/ http/enabled": ` ' is an invalid character in key/directory names".

Xpdf in comparison, have no trouble handing over the URL to the browser and letting the user know the URL is invalid.
