The report dates for these look to be more than a year apart and somewhat different. I'm not convinced that they are duplicates.

It is; however, a rather unclear description of the problem. We don't really have much to go on and the original reporter didn't add himself to the CC list so it is unlikely that we'll get a response back. I'm going to go ahead and close this.

If someone has more information, please reopen.
