Description Justin J Stark 2007-04-02 06:13:37 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Seeking in a wmv file rarely works.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Download a WMV video. For instance:
http://solutions.3m.com/wps/portal/3M/en_US/Marine/Home/Solutions/Video_Library/
2. Play it in totem-gstreamer.
3. Attempt to seek forward in the file.
4. Be annoyed at gstreamer's inability to seek in a wmv properly.

Actual results:
Sometimes the movie just freezes, sometimes the video freezes while the audio plays normally, sometimes it just crashes.

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?
Results are sporadic.

This should be fixed in gst-plugins-ugly CVS now.
