Description Thilo 2007-03-24 16:40:59 UTC
http://www.gnome.org/gnome-office/

contains news from 2004. This should be solved shortly. I think three years is an absolute no-no if you want to tell people that GNOME Office is indeed something they should consider to use. Would be better to delete the pages as to have such outdated content I think. It sould be possible, though to provide some new content. I suggest somebody gets the responsibilty for GNOME Office and maybe move to /projects ( http://www.gnome.org/projects/) ?

Does GNOME office still exist as a concept?
Who is involved with it?
Comment 2 Ken VanDine 2007-04-04 16:56:49 UTC
It seems to have been forgotten about. I think we need to revitalize it. Get someone working on criawips again.
Comment 3 Thilo 2007-04-05 08:37:05 UTC
But maybe its better to put it offline now. I would suggest to move it to a new place. I think its bad that we have this page so much outdated. it makes neither sense to keep it as it is if we keep or dump the GNOME Office idea. Rather move this to a new page/site.

I suggest to immediately delete http://www.gnome.org/gnome-office/ as no official GNOME Office does exist. Rather point user to the wiki where the information is more uptodate about what could be summarized as "GNOME Office".

Nearly one year and nothing happened. Is there anybody out there that still cares about GNOME marketing?
Comment 7 Olav Vitters 2008-02-03 21:19:05 UTC
Redirects to http://live.gnome.org/GnomeOffice
Comment 8 Thilo 2008-02-03 23:23:17 UTC
