I confirmed the bug when using Echo-icon-theme available on Fedora development. The original SVG created from Adobe Illustrator and saved in Inkscape will make the icon blank on the desktop. The same issues will happen once the said SVG icon is sightly altered. Confirmed bugs is from librsvg2 2.16.1 running on Fedora Core 6 but it should happen on any distribution. The same issue is reported on http://www.redhat.com/archives/fedora-art-list/2007-April/msg00085.html

With SVN Trunk, I see a blue folder icon with a movie reel in front of it.
