When I convert it to pdf, I've some blank char inserted before letters with circumflex like ê, Ê...

You can found my svg source file et pdf result in attachement.

To do convertion, I use :

rsvg-convert test1.svg -f pdf -o test.pdf

When I convert to png, I haven't that issue.

Since you claim that the problem happens with PDF output and not PNG output, could you please re-file the bug against Cairo? Thanks.
