Please describe the problem:
The eog configure script in 2.18.0 will error out unless it can find gnome-doc-util. This should be added to the LIBDEPS.

It looks like "gnome-desktop-2.0" is also requied by eog.

Note that gnome-desktop already LIBDEPS gnome-doc-util. So eog could be made to depend on only gnome-desktop.
