Lately Julien introduced a small feature for authors to lookup the XML filename easier, e.g.:

<subscript>(src/menus/layer-alpha-selection-add.xml)</subscript>

If this needs to be introduced, it should be added automatically. Maybe we can add a 'devel' stylesheet which adds more development information to the HTML output.

Closing bug, because:

 * the id is used in the HTML filename anyways
 * missing bug comments by authors who needed this feature.
