Please describe the problem:
Downloaded and installed GIMP on Windows from
http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net/stable.html

(file: http://downloads.sourceforge.net/gimp-win/gimp-help-2-0.11-setup.zip

ends up with lang="nl". Should be "no"

Is that really a bug in the installer or should it actually be reported again the "Gimp-Manual" product?

It's a bug in installer - I was sloppy when setting up the language targets (nl/no isn't the only problem, as I just found out).
