Related to (the fix for) Bug#342206, newly-saved reports are not added to the Custom menu for the current window, or any existing/open window.  Note that new windows created after a report is saved will contain the correct menus.

Thank for the report. The custom reports (or saved reports) are handled differently since 2.4. The Custom Reports menu item now opens a dialog window in which you can select a custom report.

When you save a report, it will show up when you open the Custom reports dialog. If that dialog was still open, you have to close and reopen it still though, which resembles the problem you describe in the original report. 

Although this could in theory also be fixed by adding a callback, I personally consider this less important. The dialog is normally not kept open unlike the main windows so the user annoyance and confusion is minimal in the new configuration.

Do you think it worth to keep this bug open for this ?
