What were you doing when the application crashed?
evolution-exchange. Included folders are not visible in Public Folders subscribtion dialog.

Application not crashed.
INCLUDED folders are not visible in Public Folders on MS Exchange Server 2003.

This is fixed in Evolution SVN Head.  The fix is not backported to STABLE, as it adds an API.  Please ask your distributor to backport this fix and provide an update.
