GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 410145
nautilus hangs forever on maximise [maximize]
Last modified: 2008-05-10 02:26:23 UTC
Steps to reproduce: 1. Start nautilus in a terminal in KDE 2. Display a directory containing 17 small pictures and text files 3. Maximise Nautilus 4. Nautilus stops repainting the screen and hangs forever, doing something obscure. It doesn't crash, but doesn't seem to return ever, either... I've waited 15 minutes. 100% able to reproduce. 2.13 is an unstable release, if you're really running version 2.13, i ask you to at least update to 2.14.x.
According to http://bugs.debian.org/411801 he is using 2.14.3-9 from Debian sid.
so is this still an issue?
I close this as I can't reproduce this in more recent versions. I will reopen the bug report if the bug shows up again. The version mismatch was due to Bugzilla not showing anything more recent at the time – if I remember correctly.
