Description Sebastien Bacher 2007-02-18 22:24:48 UTC
That bug has been opened on https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/file-roller/+bug/85720

"Binary package hint: file-roller

I downloaded chkrootkit.tar.gz [ Latest Source tarball (37791 bytes)] from http://www.chkrootkit.org/download/

When it opens in the GNOME's File-Roller application, it shows the "chkrootkit-0.47" directory name twice. This happens in the Feisty Herd 4 (and maybe 3), but not in Ubuntu 6.10.

When I list the package content with tar,
$ tar -tzf chkrootkit.tar.gz
The listing seems to be completly OK, so the file-roller must have a tiny bug.

File-Roller version in Feisty is 2.17.91
Version in Ubuntu 6.10 is 2.16.1
