Thanks, and sorry for the delay. I have committed this, though I have changed the  text in the first sentence. MSVC++ is not "the recommended platform". Neither is it not recommended, of course.

I got the "recommended" language from Cedric's website. He appears to have changed the site completely since then. Either way, no problem.
