The first time a user launches Nautilus, we need to give them the opportunity to
select a few important preferences like user level and appearance choices that
they otherwise might have difficulty finding in the UI or knowing about. It
should end with encouraging them to register for our service.

 We possibly could use the Gnome "Druid" mechanism for this.
