Hi,

Testing brand new glade 3.1.5, i accidentally set GtkVBox item count beneath 0 using scroll ball. Glade then loop and didn't respond until i close it through gnome-system-monitor.

Glade should not allow lower than 1 item in a GtkVBox. The GtkSpinButton used should not allow user to do that.
