GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 407356
tomboy menu entry's tooltip is not phrased as a verb
Last modified: 2009-04-23 02:14:14 UTC
According to GNOME HIG http://developer.gnome.org/projects/gup/hig/2.0/desktop-integration.html#menu-item-tooltips menu item tooltips should be phrased as an imperative verb. # Phrase the tooltip as an imperative verb, for example "design", "write" or "check". tomboy's menu entry's tooltip is not a verb. It is "Simple and easy to use note-taking" Other information:
