Please describe the problem:
Rhythmbox with libnotify schow ewery 9 seconds notification if you listen
"Radio Paradise". There is no issue like this with other radios.


Steps to reproduce:

1.Compile rhythmbox with USE="libnotify"
2.Start Rhythmbox and tune "Radio Paradise" on. (

3.There we go.

Actual results:
It will show awry 9 seconds notification.

Expected results:
It should show notification if new song begin.

Does this happen every time?
Reproducible: Always

Other information:
Banshee or Exaile can handle this stream and show notification _only_ on
trackchange.

This is because Radio Paradise is sending us the metadata every 9 seconds (why I have no idea). We should probably not display the notification if the metadata is identical to the old stuff.
