The thumbnail for Wikipedia's today's featured picture [1] is rendered incorrectly. To me it looks like there is some minimum size set for all text which makes the text stand out too much. Please see attached screenshot.

India_roadway_map.svg seems to be ok with librsvg-2.26.0.
