Description John Stowers 2007-01-29 11:48:33 UTC
Tracker currently insists that local files be refered to by /foo/bar/

However tracker also suports remote URI schemes through protocol:///foo/bar

It would be good if tracker converted file:///foo/bar to /foo/bar so that libtracker clients did not have to.

We plan to move pretty soon to a new DB schema. It will be a very good moment to change to the file:// uri schema for local files and to use it consistently in tracker.

This has been fixed in 0.7.
