Even though 1.7.15 was fine with atk-1.12, 1.7.16 needs atk-1.13, and this is not documented anywhere.

Correct version:
NEWS file should indicate the dependency.

Yes, we should add more info in the NEWS file.
And in configure.in file, we still have

m4_define([req_ver_atk],        [1.12.0])

I think it should be updated.
