tango-styled emotes for gnome-mines

Easily feasible by mixing and tweaking some of the GNOME-icon-theme emotes ;)

Well that was easy!

Now the legal bit:
- Since these are part of the Gnome icon theme they are GPL?
- Who should be added to the artists dialog in gnomine?

If no-one from Gnome games has any complaint I'll check these in tomorrow.

the icons are under GPL.
The author of the emotes I used is my cousin Lapo Calamandrei, I think he could be the right person to include in the dialog, but since I made some changes, I guess I should take my responability too.

This problem has been fixed in our software repository. The fix will go into the next software release. Thank you for your bug report.

Reverted this change from the 2.20 branch as this will have broken the UI freeze...

I mixed up a Gnomine-theme a while ago (for personal use) made up by Gnome emotes and some modified/"tangofied" gnomine icons.
