Just change the #if 0's to #ifdef HAVE_GECKO_1_9 in GeckoPrintService.cpp, once https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=367907 is fixed.

	Enable printing to PDF file on gecko 1.9, now that moz#367907 is
	fixed.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
