The Pan `save' dialog is inconsistent with the standard gtk save dialog
and is apparently more confusing -- there have been a handful of bug
reports filed by people who had the wrong option checked and didn't
notice it in the clutter.

I don't think Pan can use the stock dialog and still support filename
substitutions like %g and %G, but we /can/ move Pan much closer to
the easier-to-use stock dialog.
