Description A 2007-01-06 01:54:33 UTC
it would be nice to have an option to quickly rearrange selected cells by mirroring them about horizontal, vertical, or 45 degree planes. I suppose the selection would have to be rectangular (square for the 45 degree cases)
Comment 1 Morten Welinder 2007-01-06 17:48:59 UTC
"Paste special" can transpose.
Comment 2 A 2007-01-07 08:46:24 UTC
didn't see that ... cool ! but wouldn't it make more sense to also transpose the references, so if I type in cell A2 "=A1" then copy A1:A2 and paste special transposed into A3, cell B3 should refer to A3, not B2 as it is currently set up?
Comment 3 Andreas J. Guelzow 2009-11-11 23:11:02 UTC
Note that the issue of transposing the references too is bug #428390.

"paste special" can now also mirror horizontally and vertically.
