Description Ed Catmur 2007-01-03 01:21:10 UTC
checking for DBUSSHARP... configure: error: Package requirements (dbus-sharp >= 0.21) were not met:

No package 'dbus-sharp' found

Consider adjusting the PKG_CONFIG_PATH environment variable if you
installed software in a non-standard prefix.

Alternatively, you may set the environment variables DBUSSHARP_CFLAGS
and DBUSSHARP_LIBS to avoid the need to call pkg-config.
See the pkg-config man page for more details.

Obvious fix: use NDesk dbus-sharp, http://www.ndesk.org/DBusSharp - either import into tree, or depend on a packaged version.

Ed: I'm painfully aware of this. I actually have a local branch for this which is 90% done being converted to the NDesk stuff. I will be commiting to CVS sometime this week, and doing a release shortly there-after. Leaving this open for now to track this though.
Comment 3 Peter Johanson 2007-01-20 09:20:33 UTC
Ok, this has been commited to SVN, marking this fixed, I'll be doing a release soon with the imported NDesk dbus-sharp.
Comment 4 Pacho Ramos 2007-01-22 12:05:42 UTC
dbus-1.0.2 has gone to stable (on amd64 and x86) in gentoo, then, current muine-0.8.6 is broken.

Thanks for the new release :-)
