GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 389870
Missing option in Image Crop Aspect Ratio
Last modified: 2015-12-18 16:24:34 UTC
Among the various aspect ratio option, I consider an option should be put to invert the aspect ratio, calling it for example "image inverted", so that if I have a 800x600 image give me the opportunity to change the cropping aspect ratio to 600x800.
The enhancement could be achieved activating the the double arrow in the aspect ratio option when cropping. I propose that even if the aspect ration isn't set to custom or none, the double arrow is active, and if I hit it with the mouse, then the aspect ration in the drop-down list is set to custom, and the pixel ratio is inverted.
Fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major release. Thank you for your bug report.
