Please describe the problem:
When I click the help item in the context menu, help doesn't open.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open context menu of g-p-m
2. Click "Help"

Actual results:
Nothing.

Expected results:
Help should open.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
No error message when running with --verbose.

	Correct the name of the XML yelp file. Not sure who changed
	this, but it was wrong. Fixes #388905.
