Can't open g-p-m help

Please describe the problem: When I click the help item in the context menu, help doesn't open. Steps to reproduce: 1. Open context menu of g-p-m 2. Click "Help" Actual results: Nothing. Expected results: Help should open. Does this happen every time? Yes. Other information: No error message when running with --verbose.
