GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 386005
Support EPS specials in dvi backend
Last modified: 2007-12-20 13:06:00 UTC
Please describe the problem: You can try with this dvi file: http://files.myopera.com/pacho/files/informe2.dvi (look at page 2) But kdvi shows the graph properly. Thanks a lot Steps to reproduce: 1. Download http://files.myopera.com/pacho/files/informe2.dvi 2. evince informe2.dvi Actual results: Graph is not shown Expected results: I think that graph should be shown, like in kdvi Does this happen every time? Yes Other information:
Yes, it's a must.
Seems like this is related to #303651, filed in version 0.3.x. The test file by Ricardo Markiewicz for DVI specials doesn't work too: no colors. The picture is not shown as well, but that is because the file bar.eps is absent.
Hm, reopen that bug too

xdvi opens it properly too. I've reopened this in Bug #387833 .

This should be fixed in svn trunk compiling with libspectre support. Thanks for reporting.
Thanks a lot for fixing it :-)
