The tag icon don't look like a tag and the info icon don't follow the style guidelines and is blurry.

Should be placed in:
(${prefix}/share/last-exit/icons/hicolor/<size>/actions)

Hm, this is closed now, but anyway, here are the icons in 32x32 and 48x48 so it will work well in the Large Print theme.
