Description Ryan 2006-11-26 18:58:20 UTC
I think the icons in the favorite applications menu show up in the order they are added. It would be nice if the user could rearrange the order of the icons some how.
Comment 1 Ryan 2006-11-27 14:30:40 UTC
I found that the order can be changed by using gconf-editor but that is a pita.
Comment 2 Jim Krehl 2006-11-28 18:03:33 UTC
In what order are the icons showing up? Also, the favoriate applications view can be reordered by dragging the icons around.
Comment 3 Michael Monreal 2008-02-07 10:58:06 UTC
It can in fact be reordered by dragging, but I found myself unable to get things right because the launchers jump around randomly while doing so. IMHO it would be easier if dragging would only swap the two launchers instead of inserting the dragged one and reordering the rest.

This project is not under active development anymore; see https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/263

Hence reflecting reality and mass-closing all its remaining open tasks.
