compiz support for keybindings capplet

The keybindings capplet could work with compiz.

Sounds like a reasonable thing to want, but wouldn't it be better to do this in a more generic way? I'd hate it if we would have to hard code every application we wanted to support.
See Bug 410758 which is pretty much in line with what we discussed at the "unf*ck my keyboard" session in Boston 2006.

XML definitions, as implented in Bug 410758. Should this live in compiz, or the control-center?
The xml file should be distributed and installed by compiz.
