Hi,

  The current rtspsrc (or more precisely it's internal rtpdec) never sends out RTCP receiver reports. This can cause rtp senders to mark the receiver as inactive. Which causes for example some mpeg4 network camera's to stop sending after some time.

Marking this bug as fixed. rtspsrc now does RTCP with rtpbin (still in -bad) and keeps the RTCP session open based on session timeout.
