Please describe the problem:

selecting get new headers in selected group adds the task to the top.
selecting get headers . . ., bringing up that menu and picking "get new
headers" from that sub menu puts the task at the bottom.

Steps to reproduce:
1. click groups
2. click get headers . . .
3. select get new headers or other item there


Actual results:
item added at bottom of tasklist

Expected results:
item added at top

Does this happen every time?
yes

Other information:
i didn't know if this was a bug or intentional.
