The black border around each individual color in the palette editor is missing under certain circumstances:

- if the palette ist set to display only one column, the right border is missing
- if enough columns are present to show the palette in one row, the lower border is missing.

	* app/widgets/gimpviewrendererpalette.c
	(gimp_view_renderer_palette_render): take the additional row/column
	of pixels the grid line takes at the bottom/right side into account.
	Fixes bug #369656.
