Guide lines painted over project start date

Please describe the problem: Guide lines are painted above the project start date when activated. See attached screenshot. Steps to reproduce: Actual results: Expected results: Does this happen every time? Other information:

Created attachment 75728 [details] [review] Guide lines painting correction I'm not sure it is the right way to correct this behavior, but reordering the way the gantt background is painted seems to do the trick : I have just made the guidelines be painted before the project start date. Seems good to me! This has a patch available now. Could a developer please have a look?
